A bathroom upgrade doesn't have to mean a full gut renovation. Sometimes swapping out a dated vanity for something cleaner and more functional is all it takes to completely change the feel of a space.
For this customer in Auburn, that's exactly what we did. We installed a wall-mounted floating vanity with an integrated white sink basin and a matte black single-handle faucet. The warm wood cabinet base paired with the crisp white basin is a combination that just works - it feels current without trying too hard.
The floating design is one of our favorites to work with. It opens up the floor visually, makes the room feel bigger, and gives the whole space a much more intentional look. But beyond the aesthetics, there's real plumbing work that goes into a job like this - supply lines, drain connections, and proper wall support all need to be done right so everything holds up long-term.
That's where having a skilled hand matters. Fixture installation sounds straightforward until something doesn't line up, the shutoff valves are older than they should be, or the drain rough-in isn't quite where it needs to be. We handle all of that so the finished result is solid behind the walls, not just pretty in front of them.
If your bathroom is due for a sink or faucet upgrade, this kind of work is well within reach - and the difference it makes to the daily feel of a space is hard to overstate.
