I was getting ready for some friends to come over for dinner and all of a sudden my sink clogged up. I couldn’t get it unclogged. I called Karl and he was able to come and fix it right away. Thank goodness because my friends showed up about 20 minutes later and you’d never know a disaster had just happened. He calmed me down and fixed it within about five minutes. He was my knight in shining armor.
